How does the program work?
The Corevita Health Program contain all components

How long is the program?
The length of your participation in the Corevita
Health Program depends on how much weight
you want to lose. Most of out clients lose
2-3lbs per week. So for example, if you need
to lose 30 pounds, the program will run about
12 weeks. After that, maintenance program
will help you maintain your weight loss.
How much does it cost?
The Corevita Health Program is benefit offered
by your physician. Whereas other weight loss
programs charge program fees, your physician
does not. The only cost to you, will be the
nutritional products and supplements used
to support your individual program. We will
bill your insurance for medically approved
visit.
How do I get started?
You can start Corevita Health Program after
your very first visit. Our staff is available
to meet with you and design a program that
is right for you. With a few week you'll be
losing weight, feeling better and reaping
